The Rotary Club of Vancouver will be holding its annual Bike-A-Thon fundraising event on July 8, 2007, in support of the hearing impaired in B.C. The funds raised will benefit research, pay for hearing equipment and support treatment by various hearing centres around B.C. including St. Paul’s Hospital and the Rotary Hearing Centres at UBC. The ride begins from Brentwood Town Centre in Burnaby and follows the Lougheed Highway to Harrison Hot Springs Resort, 120 kilometres away! Big Brothers Big Sisters is delighted to partner with Assante Wealth Management for its 18th Annual Charity Golf Classic tournament held August 24, 2007.
